Scope: This regulation establishes requirements for BEVERAGE STANDARDS in BRAZIL. It includes the terms and definitions, product classification, labeling, packaging, and analytical parameters for beverages compounds, fruit and vegetable juice-based beverages, tea, soft drinks, soda and, when applicable, the respective solid and liquid preparations. It is applicable to non-alcoholic BEVERAGE COMPOUNDS.
