Measuring a Food Safety Culture

FoodChain ID Certification Europe are to deliver a special presentation on measuring, and improving a food safety culture.

Erica Armstrong is set to deliver a presentation titled “Measuring A Food Safety Culture- How Qualitative Analysis Can Deliver Quantitative Results” at The Food Quality and Safety Summit, 30 November 2016, Birmingham Motorcycle Museum.

The event is run by Premier Publishing, who are expecting over 1,000 attendees at the event, which is co-located with the Food and Drink NPD and Innovation Summit.

FoodChain ID Certification’s contribution to the food safety event is stemmed from internal whitepapers, as well as research by Taylor Shannon International, and the Bristish Retail Consortium.
