It's Spring! New gComply and gComply Plus features arriving soon

Hello Decernis Tools Users,

You may have heard that we have been working to provide more timely updates to the data in gComply and gComply Plus as part of our long-term improvement strategy. We are pleased to share that we will be ready to launch this feature this Spring. We have built a base that will enable leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning in addition to our experts in the various regions to ensure the best possible data is available to you in the future.

How will this benefit users?

  • Document and Data updates for gComply will be visible daily or even more frequently.
  • Data updates for gComply Plus will also be more frequent. We are targeting weekly updates for the Food Additives and Standard of Identity Modules. The remaining modules will follow in the second quarter.
  • We are making efforts to redirect your hyperlinks (URLs) to the new gComply for reports stored in gComply with hyperlinks, such as Market Entry Reports.

How will this impact users?

  • There will be a brief pause in updating gComply and gComply Plus while we make this switch from the old system to the new system. We are still confirming the exact timing of this pause and will communicate them as soon as possible.

We are also making improvements to the gComply user interface that will modernize the look and feel of what you’re using today.  Additional improvements based on user feedback are also on the horizon as we work to ensure our solutions meet your needs.

In the next few months, we will occasionally be reaching out to you with updates around specific timing.

Finally, and most importantly, thank you all for your cooperation, feedback, and support. We are looking forward to the new and improved tools, and hope you are too. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your Decernis contact.

Sincerely,
The Decernis Team
