Bioagricert is a Certification Body Partner for Fair-Trade Sustainability Partners Inc. In this role, Bioagricert, a FoodChain ID company, manages audits and issues certifications in compliance with the Fair Trade Social FairTSA standard.

What Does FairTSA Do?

Certification

FairTSA certifies products that meet certain fair trade and production standards. These standards cover aspects such as workers’ rights, environmental sustainability, fair trade and product traceability.

The so-called Social Premium, a portion of the price paid for certified products, is reinvested in producer communities to fund development projects such as schools, infrastructure, healthcar, and environmental initiatives.
