Step 1 – Information request
FoodChain ID replies within 2 working days and generates a quote.

Step 2 – Certification request
The request is sent within 2 working days after the certification agreement is signed.

Step 3 – Technical review
The technical review is carried out within one month from receipt of the complete request.

Step 4 – Inspection
The inspection coordinator contacts the client within one week to schedule a date, within one month; the report is submitted to FoodChain ID within one week.

Step 5 – Technical review and corrective actions
We respond with results and corrective actions if necessary.

Step 6 – Renewal
We proceed with the annual renewal
