With 20 years of experience in health and nutrition regulations (composition, labelling, nutrition and health claims for supplements, fortified foods and foods for specific groups), Amélie leads our international regulatory data department, working on monitoring and capture of regulatory data (regulatory framework, ingredients authorized, restricted or banned, claims) for our digital solution “Supplements R&D Insight” for numerous countries. Amelie has a significant experience in training on European and American legislation concerning supplements and foods.

International Regulatory Affairs Officer
Present since the creation of the international regulatory department led by Amélie, Anthony works on monitoring and entering regulatory information in our digital solution “Supplements R&D Insight” for many countries, including the United States. Anthony has specific expertise in US regulations for dietary supplements, providing our customers with regulatory analyses of their products intended for the US market, and answering their questions based on the most recent regulatory information available. Anthony speaks during training courses offered by FoodChain ID on US legislation concerning dietary supplements.
