Scope: This resolution establishes the requirements for FOOD and BEVERAGE STANDARDS in MEXICO. This resolution repeals previous AUPSA-DINAN resolutions. It establishes the new health requirements and provisions for the introduction of raw materials, ingredients, and industrialized or processed foods intended for human or animal consumption. It is applicable to the IMPORT and EXPORT of food and beverages.
