Scope: This regulation establishes the requirements for FORTIFIED FOODS and BEVERAGES in CHILE. It includes the terms and definitions, product classification, limitations of FORTIFICATION. It is applicable to maximum fortification limits for foods with vitamins and minerals per regular consumption rate.
