2027 Food Safety Risks for Quality & Compliance Leaders
Prepare for emerging food safety risks before they become operational challenges
Hosted by Food Ingredients First
Food safety programs are built to manage known risks. But changing patterns in food fraud, contaminants and global supply chains can introduce new vulnerabilities that are harder to anticipate.
For Quality, Food Safety and Compliance leaders, understanding where those risks may emerge is an important part of strengthening supplier oversight and making more informed, risk-based decisions.
Join FoodChain ID experts Karen Everstine, PhD, Director of Food Safety, and Panagiotis Gkegkas, Technical Manager, for a practical look at emerging food fraud and contaminant risks heading into 2027.
Drawing on intelligence from FoodChain ID’s HorizonScan and Food Fraud Database, the session will examine what industry data is revealing, what those signals could mean for food safety programs, and where Quality teams may need to focus their attention.
What you’ll learn:
– Emerging patterns in food fraud and contaminant risks based on FoodChain ID intelligence
– What these trends could mean for Quality Managers and Food Safety programs in 2027
– Practical, risk-based actions to strengthen supplier oversight and decision-making
– How risk intelligence can support more proactive supplier monitoring
Why attend?
Audits provide an essential view of how your food safety program is performing today. Effective supplier risk management also requires visibility into what may be changing beyond the audit.
This webinar will help you consider how emerging-risk intelligence can complement existing food safety and supplier assurance processes, giving your team additional context to prioritize attention and act with greater confidence.
