Scope: This regulation establishes the requirements for GENERAL FOOD AND BEVERAGES in LAOS. It includes the categorization of foods and beverages according to three risk levels. In order to comply with the Food Law and the Food Safety, Sanitation and Ease of Commercial Use Risk Level Standard. It is applicable to classification of HIGH-RISK, MEDIUM-RISK and LOW-RISK FOODS and BEVERAGES.
