Scope: This regulation establishes the sanitary requirements for DISINFECTED TABLEWARE in CHINA. It includes potable (drinking) with disinfection sensory indicators, physical and chemical indicators, bacterial indicators, sampling methods and health management practices. It is applicable to catering service providers, catering service providers for group dining, and disinfected tableware (drinkware) provided by centralized cleaning and disinfection service divisions.
