Scope: This regulation establishes the requirements for FOOD STANDARDS in VIETNAM. It includes the terms and definitions, product classification, labeling and criteria for food safety and management requirements for DAIRY FAT PRODUCTS, including cream products (except powdered cream), butter, butter oil, milk fat and milk fat spread. It is applicable to organizations and individuals involved in the import, production and trade or DAIRY products.
