Scope: This regulation establishes the requirements for FOOD ADDITIVES in VIETNAM. This regulation specifies the technical and management requirements of quality, hygiene safety for the EMULSIFIERS used with the purpose of making food additives. It is applicable to organizations and individuals that import, export, manufacture, trade and use these emulsifiers as food additives.
