Scope: This decree establishes the requirements for PACKAGING, WASTE and RECYCLING in CHILE. It includes the collection and valorization goals and other obligations associated with the priority product packaging, in order to prevent the generation of such waste and to promote its reuse or valorization. It is applicable to RECYCLING CONTAINERS and PACKAGING.
