Scope: This regulation establishes the requirements for FOOD AND BEVERAGES in VIETNAM. It includes the traceability, recall and treatment of unsafe food; responsibilities of organizations and individuals involved in the process of food production and trading under the management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD). It is applicable to organizations and individuals involved in production and trading of FOOD and BEVERAGE products.
