Scope: This regulation establishes the requirements for DANGEROUS and TOXIC SUBSTANCES in URUGUAY. It includes the minimum mandatory provisions for the protection of the health and safety of workers, and against Occupational Risk from chemical agents. It applies to all activities in the production, handling, distribution and storage of CHEMICALS.
