Scope: This regulation establishes the requirements for FOOD LABELLING in COLOMBIA. It establishes the technical regulation on labelling requirements of pre-packaged food and raw materials for
human consumption. It applies to the labels which pre-packaged food are marketed for human consumption, as well as those of raw materials for food, whether they are domestic and imported products that are marketed in the national territory.
*It is also included its Amendment of 2022 which modifies Article 4 “General requirements”.
