Job Description
- Perform consultant and business analyst roles on business to business (B2B) software implementation projects
- Provide functional support on projects
- Proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels throughout the implementation process to analyze the customers’ needs and alignment with requirements
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of the software being implemented
- Work in partnership with the FCID project manager on your projects to own the solution
- Contribute to continued process improvement, and develop repeatable methodologies and best practices, while maintaining thorough project documentation
- Demonstrate solid verbal and written communication skills
- Recommend implementation resourcing and high level planning on prospective project opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies relevant to the food industry and software implementation
Essential Requirements:
- Outstanding general consulting skills (soft skills, structured thinking, effective report writing, communication, presenting, and stakeholder engagement)
- Knowledge and experience of significant aspects of related disciplines such as Enterprise Software, Enterprise Architecture, Agile Software Development and Digital Technologies
- Experience with Manufacturing or Retail industries including specific experience with enterprise supply chain solutions.
- At least 3 years of IT consulting experience
- Ability to operate in a fluid environment and comfortable with high levels of uncertainty.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree. Major in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Food Sciences
- Experience with Process Manufacturing industries
- Experience with implementing and administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management for Process
