Job Description

  • Perform consultant and business analyst roles on business to business (B2B) software implementation projects
  • Provide functional support on projects
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels throughout the implementation process to analyze the customers’ needs and alignment with requirements
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of the software being implemented
  • Work in partnership with the FCID project manager on your projects to own the solution
  • Contribute to continued process improvement, and develop repeatable methodologies and best practices, while maintaining thorough project documentation
  • Demonstrate solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Recommend implementation resourcing and high level planning on prospective project opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies relevant to the food industry and software implementation

Essential Requirements:

  • Outstanding general consulting skills (soft skills, structured thinking, effective report writing, communication, presenting, and stakeholder engagement)
  • Knowledge and experience of significant aspects of related disciplines such as Enterprise Software, Enterprise Architecture, Agile Software Development and Digital Technologies
  • Experience with Manufacturing or Retail industries including specific experience with enterprise supply chain solutions.
  • At least 3 years of IT consulting experience
  • Ability to operate in a fluid environment and comfortable with high levels of uncertainty.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree. Major in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Food Sciences
  • Experience with Process Manufacturing industries
  • Experience with implementing and administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management for Process
