This Decision shall enter into force on 22 September 2018, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made (*). DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 175/2018 amending Annex II (Technical regulations, standards, testing and certification) to the EEA Agreement [2021/289] Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (‘the EEA Agreement’), and in particular Article 98 thereof, (1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2329 of 14 December 2017 amending and correcting Regulation (EC) No 1235/2008 laying down detailed rules for implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 as regards the arrangements for imports of organic products from third countries (1) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. (2) This Decision concerns legislation regarding foodstuffs.
