Food Fraud and the European Commission

Supply chain disruptions caused by COVID-19 have invited a growing number of unscrupulous fraudsters. The intentional adulteration of food and beverages for economic gain is high on their list. The European Commission is keeping a close eye on Food Fraud, including publishing a monthly summary report on their website.
