Course Summary:

This one-day industry focused course will provide you with practical steps to a culture action plan to support the organisational culture and the steps for implementation, this course is designed to support development of a culture action plan and promote culture within the organisation.

Course Aims:

  • Define and describe the role of leaders in product safety and quality culture work.
  • Evaluate the various methods to assess current product safety culture to determine the most effective method for your organization.
  • Evaluate data and trends in culture survey assessment (or other data gathering methods) to formulate feasible action plan items.
  • Employ structured, systematic problem-solving methods to identify underlying issues around product safety and quality culture to ensure corrective actions are included in the action plan.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop a robust communication and continuous improvement plan in support of product safety and quality culture work specific to your organization.
