  • Standard receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Time). Special delivery times are available upon request.
  • Samples should be labeled with your company information and secured to avoid breaks or leaks.
  • Perishable samples should be packed with blue ice or dry ice in an insulated container and shipped overnight.
