Nate Ensrud

Vice President of Technical Services, Certification, and Food Safety Services — FoodChain ID

Nate provides leadership across FoodChain ID’s technical services business, which includes third-party certifications, food safety certifications and technology, and training and consulting. Nate brings nearly 20 years of experience in technical and client-facing roles within the food and pharmaceutical industries. His knowledge spans product development, quality, testing, and certification. Nate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry-Biology from Ripon College and a Master of Business Administration from the Wisconsin School of Business.

Elizabeth Seibert

Technical Operations Director, Technical Services — FoodChain ID

Elizabeth Seibert is the Technical Operations Director, Technical Services at FoodChain ID. Seibert has been with FoodChain since 2016 overseeing the premier team that conducts technical reviews for the Non-GMO Project, Organic, Plant-based and BeVeg Vegan certification. Prior to her tenure at FoodChain ID, Beth worked at Kellogg's for over 17 years, in various quality and certification roles, including managing their Non-GMO Project, organic, kosher, fair trade and gluten free certifications. Beth's extensive technical knowledge and practical real-world experience in supply chain and certification has contributed to the development of highly efficient operations and quality systems with dedicated support to client satisfaction.
