RSPH Level 2 Award in HACCP for Food Manufacturing
HACCP, standing for hazard analysis and critical control points, is important within every area of food business, as it’s a system which identifies, evaluates and controls hazards which are significant for food safety. Arguably one of the most essential food industry courses available, this one day HACCP training course is an in depth and informative course, with an optional examination for delegates to achieve a RSPH HACCP Level 2 Certificate.
RSPH Level 3 Award in HACCP for Food Manufacturing
This Level 3 qualification covers the importance of HACCP-based food safety management procedures, the preliminary processes, development of the HACCP plan and implementation including monitoring of critical control points, corrective actions and verification.
The aim of this qualification is to develop an understanding of HACCP-based food safety management. Holders of this qualification will have the appropriate knowledge and understanding to be an integral part of a HACCP team and to supervise the operation of a HACCP-based system in the work environment.

In Germany, VLOG is the Non-GMO Certification Standard that is backed by the German Government and trusted by the German consumer. Currently, it is not mandatory for products sold in Germany to carry the Ohne Gentechnik seal, but if your product has it, German consumers are more likely to purchase it.
While the VLOG Standard has been around some time, it is still relatively new to businesses outside of Germany. If you are a food manufacturer and you are, or you are planning to, export to Germany, VLOG certification should be on your list of certifications to consider.

You’ll complete a series of scheduled courses, each designed by BRC Technical Standards Managers and presented by our BRC Approved Training Provider, meaning that you’ll receive up to date and relevant information during the training.
Once you’ve successfully completed all the courses, you’ll receive your BRC Professional badge and a unique and portable learning profile, which proves you’ve completed globally recognised courses.
