The Compliance services teams at FoodChain ID and Decernis continue to monitor and update our technical solutions as we have before the COVID-19 outbreak – the only difference being that more of it is being done remotely.

Our global team continues to rely on the contingency plans in place to manage outages and are available to answer any questions or queries that you might have. In the unlikely event of an outage, or a maintenance release, you will be contacted through the normal channels.

How we will continue to be of service

We understand in this challenging and ever-changing environment you may be facing issues with your supply chain including sourcing ingredients and materials from new suppliers. And,  due to current travel restrictions, you may not be able to perform due diligence on those new suppliers in a way that you would normally have done.
