RSPH Level 3 Award in HACCP for Food Manufacturing

Summary of the course:

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) can be a minefield. With so much to learn, it’s no surprise that some customers feel our advanced three-day course will suit their HACCP needs best.

Our course aims to give educational training to help your company feel fully equipped and knowledgeable in everything HACCP related – including an in depth look at legislation and the steps you should be taking to ensure you’re carrying out your HACCP in the best way.

Presented by one of our experienced tutors, the course will cover topics on everything from managing your HACCP Team Members to the detail behind HACCP principles, including assessing and controlling risks to your food business.

What you will gain:

On successful completion of this RSPH accredited HACCP Level 3 training course, you will complete an assessment to gain a HACCP Level 3 Certificate. Upon passing the course, you will have gained an excellent awareness of advanced HACCP principles.  The course will also help you able to identify any current weaknesses in your own business regarding your HACCP systems, and give you the knowledge to be able to deal with them appropriately.

Who should attend:

As an advanced three-day course, we recommend Advanced HACCP Food Safety Systems and Controlling Risk Level 3- 2 Day Course to Supervisors/Managers working within the food manufacturing industry. The course will also be of benefit to Caterers, Consultants and Auditors.


Breakdown of the day: 

–      The Advanced HACCP Food Safety Systems training course is a three-day course.
–      The course runs from 09:30am – 16:30pm each day.
–      Lunch is provided at no extra expense (please let us know any specific dietary requirements).
–      Regular breaks are provided.

This course is part of the BRC Global Standards Professional Recognition programme.
