Non-GMO Project’s Public Comment Period Now Open, April 25-June 24

The Non-GMO Project Standard, developed and managed by the Non-GMO Project, presents a system of best practices for GMO avoidance. Since the Standard is a consensus-based document, public comment is welcome during official comment periods. The Non-GMO Project is now seeking public input on the Standard, Version 13.

Round 1 of the comment period is open from Monday, April 25 to Friday, June 24.

During this 60-day period, the Non-GMO Project will accept comments from the public on the Standard. Specific, proposed revisions resulting from these comments will be developed and circulated for public comment later in 2016.
