FDA Surveillance & Regulatory Update on Hemp & CBD

A FoodChain ID & U.S. Hemp Authority® On-Demand Webinar

Thursday, November 12th   |   2 pm EST

You may have heard about a recent FDA study* revealing many hemp and CBD products are mislabeled, which is unfortunate news for an industry already burdened with a lack of trust. The FDA is monitoring this dynamically evolving marketplace, and though it acknowledges the importance of regulation, it still has not initiated the regulatory process.

As the market continues to grow, the industry moves forward, but the elephant in the room is what, where, and when the FDA will act and how will that effect your business.

Join leading hemp and CBD regulatory experts who are in a unique position to address this question.

Attendees will learn about industry efforts and proposed legislation to legalize the use of CBD in dietary supplements and foods, as well as enforcement actions taken by the FDA.
