Gaëlle leads the regulatory team that provides our clients high-quality reviews on notifications, products, registrations, quality, and due diligence based on the most up-to-date information available related to the European market. Gaëlle is an accomplished trainer and is well know through her participation in many industry working groups and trade associations.
Jérôme leads our scientific department, working on a variety of scientific dossiers to substantiate the safety and/or efficacy of food ingredients. Collectively the team provide in-depth expertise in health claim, novel food, food additive and FSMP dossiers and are well versed in managing NDI/GRAS applications in the US.
