Job tasks:
- You conduct initial analysis of the client requests and create clients in Salesforce / local client databases
- Create contract drafts and archive/file contractual documents
- You are in daily contact with clients in order to clarify or update information
- Follow-up on quotes with stakeholders
- Process & entry management in Sales Force
- Inform operations of the content of contracts
- Participate in accreditation audits & events such as trade shows
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in commercial support or similar roles
- Bilingual proficiency in Dutch & French, as well as good English skills
- Strong Excel skills, Salesforce experience is a plus
- Ability and willingness to work internationally, across languages and in a dynamic sales environment
- Ability and willingness to occasionally travel for work
