Training for Issue 4 is available and is a mandatory requirement for all BRC Global Standard Gluten-Free certified auditors.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Key Learning Objectives:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify key objective evidence required to determine compliance with the BRC Global Standard Gluten-Free.<\/li>\n<li>Correctly complete auditor documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to effectively communicate a clear \u201csnap-shot\u201d regarding the operation and the levels of conformity.<\/li>\n<li>Recall GMPs relating to gluten management<\/li>\n<li>List the individual components that make up the BRC Global Standard Gluten-Free<\/li>\n<li>Identify different gluten controls that must be implemented as part of a gluten-free management system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Who should attend:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Auditors with a minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in auditing food safety\/ quality systems. This may include internal, 2nd party and 3rd party auditing.
